Thanks so much for reaching out and for your questions. We do have a demo site that you can check out either at https://demo.heysummit.com or https://bootcamp.heysummit.com. For a sample of what a course looks like, you can visit https://course.zerotosummit.com. However, these won't let you demo the admin features; you will be able to look at it as an attendee, though.

If you sign up for a free trial, you will be able to try all of the features, especially if you sign up for a success trial, so please feel free to do that.

In terms of your other questions, yes, it's completely up to you how you structure your day. You can have multiple sessions throughout the day at 8 AM, 9 AM, 10 AM, etc. You can also have parallel sessions running if needed, but you will need to double-check that the broadcast provider you are using (e.g., Zoom, StreamYard, Vimeo, etc.) allows for parallel live sessions.

Regarding badge and check-in systems, we currently don't have a badge printing facility, but this is something we hope to add in the future. We do have QR code check-ins; every ticket purchase, whether online or in person, generates a unique QR code included in the email receipt sent to the attendees. This is helpful in in-person mode so that your team can scan the QR code and securely check in the attendee to either the event or a specific talk.

In-person capability is usually reserved for our top plan, which is the success plan, but we are offering it as part of the T5 stack as part of this AppSumo deal.
