A: Hey there. If you plan to deliver your talks live via your Zoom account then yes, you will need to have a paid Zoom account - you will also need to be on their webinar plan.

If not you can also use BigMarker, or have your talks pre-recorded. We'll also be adding a number of other ways soon to let you deliver your content.

However, we have literally this second just rolled out an update that lets you set a custom stream URL for a talk that might work for what you are trying to do here. In theory, you could simply create a Zoom meeting and add that as the Custom Stream URL for a talk within HeySummit. When the time comes, we will send that URL out to your attendees.

It should be noted that when you add a custom stream URL we are simply sending your attendees to that URL, so you will need to make sure that the Zoom meeting or wherever you send them to is fit for purpose.
