Q: Does this work with Butter and Screenpal or will I need a Zap (or 2) to make this work?

Hi,
I use butter for video conferencing and screenpal to record videos. Does Hey Summit natively integrate with these software programs or is Zoom, Big Marker, Wistia, and YouTube, etc. pretty much it?

Also, how many codes would I need if there are 2 team members running events for 2 different brands in Hey Summit (though some events may crossover from time to time) Is this even possible?

Thanks in advance for taking the time to answer my questions.

A: Hey, thanks so much for the questions.

We already have an integration with Butter though we don't yet have an integration with ScreenPal. I've added it to the list so that we can evaluate it and ensure that it's possible from a technical standpoint.

You can view the full list of broadcast and video integrations that we support by heading over to https://heysummit.com/integrations/video-and-streaming.

In terms of the quantity of codes, with just one code, you can run three events at any given time. That sounds sufficient based on what you've described. However, for extra buffer, you may want to get double codes so that you can run ten active events simultaneously.

That being said, note that an event is a unique branded video experience. For example, a course is one event. A multi-day summit with multiple talks within it is also one event, and so forth. It depends on how you structure things. Most people typically have only one or two events running at any given time, but it obviously depends on your use case and how you plan to use the platform.

I hope that clarifies a few of your points. If there's anything else I can help with, just let me know.

Thank you very much for the quick reply. I have one more question, if you don't mind: is there a way to deliver a pdf guide or handout to attendees for each talk (as a downloadable) beforehand?

Yes absolutely. You can attach downloadable media to talks if you need to. Just note that Only registered attendees will be allowed to download them. In fact, you can even restrict downloadable media to specific ticket types if you need to (i.e a VIP ticket).
