Yes, essentially that's entirely possible. When you create a talk within an event, you can define the date that it goes live and so you can stagger them to be delivered every three days if needed.

What I would recommend though, is that you don't set up the event as a course-type event, as this removes the ability to set the date that your sessions are delivered. So essentially, set it up as a traditional multi-day event, except all the content will be pre-recorded, and you'll stagger the dates of each of the talks every three days.
