In short though, yes, it should be quite possible to do what you're describing. It's just a matter of creating all of the talks, or in your case, the lessons, and assigning your required date and time to them.

So for example, you might have your first three talks go live at 9 a.m. on the first of the month, and then another three talks go live three days after that, and so on. It's simply a matter of setting the date and time for each of the talks based on when you want them to be made available to your audience.
