Thanks for reaching out. Attendee limits are calculated at the account level against all active events. For example, if you have five events, each with a thousand attendees, that will count as five thousand attendees. We stop counting attendees if an event is no longer deemed active. This happens when you either unpublish or archive an event or if you keep an event open to continue serving replays to existing attendees while turning off new registrations. In that scenario, we no longer classify the event as active, and any attendees linked to it will no longer count towards your quota.
Regarding HubSpot integration, yes, we do have one :) You connect your account via the typical OAuth connection flow. Once connected, we will sync attendees who register for your event over to your HubSpot account.
