B_BeachQ: Existing users from AS Previous Stacked Deals
Hello,
When are you going to increase the plan features for existing AS customers who previously bought 5 stacked deals for HeySummit?
I bought a stacked deal in 2019 on AppSumo for HeySummit which was supposed to include all lifetime upgrades. I trusted you guys to honor that and bought 5 codes. Now, it is clear that you are offering a lot more benefits for 5 stack codes but failed to apply that to existing AS customers.

The original 2019 deal, as well as this deal, is pegged to our Growth plan. Essentially, this means that anyone buying either this deal or the 2019 deal will automatically receive upgrades to the Growth plan if they are made in the future. This is what is referred to regarding lifetime upgrades. Lifetime upgrades doesn't necessarily mean that you will be given the benefits from any future AppSumo deal as each deal is different.
That being said, we have created a way for 2019 customers to take advantage of the 2025 deal by converting your 2019 codes to 2025 ones. You can either convert one or all of them; it's completely up to you. You'll just need to reach out to our support team at support@heysummit.com and specify which codes you would like to have converted to the new 2025 codes.
