Q: Hi Ben.
I have stacked both Missinglettr and HelpShelf to the moon, and will for sure also pick-up HeySummit. Before I do so, I need to understand how the number of attendees is counted, since HeySummit will be limited to my ability to have 700 attendees in a live BigMarker Webinar. If I understod the information on the HeySummit page correct, an Event is either a webinar campaign (either one-off or ongoing), an online summit or a video course, and an event is deemed active when it is open for registrations. It means if I have 2 events open for 700 registrations each (my personal webinar platform max capacity), with a few days in between, I will need a plan, that allow me to have 1.400 attendees, and if I had 5 events open for 700 registrations each, I would need a plan, that allow me to have 3.500 attendees - right?

Awesome to see you here! Thanks for reaching out.
Essentially yes, attendee counts within HeySummit are based on the total number of attendees across all active events you have running.
If you are planning on broadcasting the talks live, then you will need a BigMarker or Zoom account. Generally speaking, these platforms restrict based on the total number of attendees attending a single webinar, so the fact that you might have multiple HeySummit events running in parallel shouldn't matter in this regard.
Hope this helps. Im here if there are any further questions.
question Ben... I dont have Bigmaker or Zoom.. i have Jetwebinar. Can you please include that one.
Also if i record it do I upload to heysummit or do i upload video to youtube and then link to heysummit.
What prevents someone from finding and watching the video free on youtube if im charging for the event?
I also stacked Missingletr and HelpShelf. Would like to stack this one too.
Any chance on an Agency or Business deal for stacks to avoid the fee?
