Q: Hi Ben, I'm ready to buy HS (Have purchased MissingLettr and HelpShelf).
Few queries before I click Buy: (Thanks in advance for your answers)
1- Native Integrations: Without Native Integrations the platform will be of little value and too much manual work and missed opportunity. Need PieSync, MailShake, Paperform, Hubspot CRM, etc. integrations.
2- The current BM and Zoom options make this platform unviable for most of us, Is VooPlayer on the cards in next 3-4 months?
3- How many summits have already been run by customers using HeySummit so far (rough numbers is fine)
4- When running multiple Summits, will I be able to see/manage all summits (active and archived) from one place?
5- Will the ability to change colors be available in next 1-2 months?
6- Will the 'Remove 1.5% Transaction Fee' option be available in next 60 days or later?
7- Pls correct me if I'm wrong - For paid summit tickets, HeySummit will process / accept payments using HeySummit Stripe account in USD. Say one ticket costs $10 for one of my summit. The summit gets 100 paid participants during the 30 days of sales window. When will HeySummit transfer these ($1000 - fees) to my account ?
8- Invoicing for paid customers - Does HS offer Automatic Invoicing Feature?
9- Ability to send emails to attendees from within HS platform. HS must have email templates and trigger auto email for scenarios such as:
a) Lead registered - Send thank you email
b) Send Schedule, Topics and Speaker Names/Pics
c) Send an upsell option to buy offline / continued access to Summit Videos
d) Send thank You email.
e) Send confirmation email for signing up for a particular topic
f) Send reminder that the topic/session they regsitered for starts in one hour
g) Send post session email asking for feedback

1. We're committed to streamlining processes wherever we can. We see integrations with key platforms as key to this. I cant provide specific dates or integrations at this time, but we will be focusing on these in due course.
2. I cant provide exact dates at this stage as we need to properly review each video provider to ensure they are a viable fit. I can commit to there being additional options in the video space, within 3-4 months though. Whether it is VooPlayer specifically I can't say with absolute clarity at this stage.
3. We don't disclose those metrics i'm afraid, but we see roughly 10 or so a month.
4. Yes absolutely :)
5. I'm afraid i cant commit to dates at this stage. Mainly for the reason that we have priorities greater than themeing, such as providing additional video hosting or streaming options. We'll likely be focusing on those first.
6. We plan to announce details regarding an offer to remove items like that in the next few days.
7. Any revenues owed are paid out at the end of each month.
8. We dont offer that yet, but we will be soon
9. Most of those email templates are covered, with the exception of the upsell one. We'll likely be expanding email customisation options in the future though to give you more flexibility.
