player (live Twich embed player or Youtube live embedded player) as one of the options for LIVE VIDEO and not only ZOOM or BIGMARKER, we could use restream.io as an example.
We would just send you guys the RTMP stream via restream.io or whatever Live stream CDN we want. You guys would not have to worry about bandwidth as this is done by the restream.io or CDN platform.
The downside is there could only be one live speaker at a time, actually if you had multiple restream.io accounts then you could do more at the same time.
NOTE: I know the nature of restream.io is to broadcast to multiple places but you could limit it to do just RTMP that way people have to register on heysummit.com in order to view it.
UPDATE: Contacted restream.io and they did confirm they would handle the bandwidth, so if you haven't purchased a restream.io code go ahead and do so, they basically are a limitless CDN for you.
Also video,js is open is source player and i believe you can do HTML5 and Flash players and you just send them the RTMP stream info

We can do it for sure with youtube embed and other things we embed but with Restream.io turns out that to use RTPM player with restream.io we have to use "RTMP pull links" which is not included in the restream.io standard version, so it would not work with restream as they dont give you a playable link unless you have the RTMP pull link and are professional, APPSUMO guys ask for this last least 1 Pull link to be included
I'd love to use publit.io / VooPlayer.
If YouTube embeds work, these will work too
IF you are able to pull that off, considering I've been using Restream forever (but then also purchased the lifetime through AppSumo), then I would definitely snag this. My *only* reservation is still having to set up a separate account through one of these other services to fully leverage yours - bummer. But if a RTMP will suffice, then I would 100% bite.

Guys ask restream.io to include at least 1 "RTMP pull link", that way we can have our own players, meaning we can do our own advertimsent before or after the stream, have pop-up boxes show up in the stream or ask for an email before letting them see the video, infinite possibilities so plese go ask the restream.io guys to include at least one please, before the close the deal.
Note: I tried posting this restriction moments after the restream guys told me it would only work with "RTMP Pull Links' but my first reply was never approved so I'm trying this a second time, so everyone knows restream.io will not work for this currently unless you guys convince them of doing an RTMP pull. i like this idea about the RTMP via restream ( though I dont know how many restream codes would be needed - coz they offer standard plan, not pro) - and t have even 5 speakers stream, what would be the requirement?

restream.io responded to the RTMP Pull link, and said it cannot be used with a custom player, its not an allowed use case.
So forget i even motioned using restream.io directly as an option, we can use restream to go to like an Akamai or Wowza CDN, youtube etc and post that player but cannot use restream.io itself in a customized player as source.
Again the RTMP pull link only is allowed in Professional anyways, but it will still be a nice thing to have to be able to monitor or use in other broadcasters. You can look up more info on this via their support info.
