Q: Presale questions - agency use
Hello, I am interested in purchasing the 25-event deal, but I want to know if I can use it in my agency to sell events to my clients.
My question is whether the 25-event count will remain available even if the events are archived, not public, or finished.
Additionally, I want to know if an event that, after being recorded, is opened intermittently will be permanently deducted from the available event count.
I also need to know if, after this sale ends, it will be possible to purchase events, team members, and other services separately if needed, and if there will be any special pricing for AppSumo buyers.

When it comes to events in HeySummit, we only count them towards your quota if they are active. If an event is unpublished, archived, or active but no longer taking registrations, we no longer count it as an active event.
For example, if you are running an event for a client and archive it when it's finished, it will no longer count towards the quota. Similarly, if you finish an event and want to keep it open for existing attendees to watch the replays but don't need to keep registrations open for new attendees, you can turn off registrations for new attendees. In doing so, the event will no longer be counted as active and will be removed from the quota.
Secondly, regarding whether you can use HeySummit for your clients - yes. Though we do have one restriction concerning white labeling. If you have an old account that allows unlimited attendees or unlimited events, you cannot white label or have an agency structure within your HeySummit account. However, if you have a fixed number of attendees, we allow it, providing you with full flexibility (which is the case with this AppSumo deal).
Finally, we do plan to offer special upgrade paths for AppSumo customers once this deal has finished.
