Query: Upgrade Needed for ThriveCart Integration?

Hello,\u000a\u000aWe purchased ThriveCart from the early days around 2019 with 10K attendees, 1.5% fee, 6 Active Events.\u000a\u000aIn our account, we saw that there is now a ThriveCart integration. However, when clicked, it asks us to upgrade our plan to use it.\u000a\u000a1) Is ThriveCart integration included at a certain tier? If so, what would we need to purchase now to include it?\u000a\u000a2) Generally, given our current plan limits, would there be any shift in transaction fees if we added a code?\u000a\u000aThanks and looking forward to your reply.

In the original 2019 deal, ThriveCart integration was not included. If you wanted to include it with this new 2025 deal, you would need to purchase 5 codes.\u000a\u000a2. There could be a shift in your transaction fees if you purchase these new 2025 codes, but only if these new codes provide you with a better transaction fee than the one you already have. So please don\u0027t worry\u003B we won\u0027t overwrite your existing transaction fee with a worse one, only if it gives you a better transaction fee.\u000a\u000aHope this helps clarify. Thanks for the quick reply.\u000a\u000a1) Just to clarify, would that be buying 5 new codes (total 7 codes) or would we be adding 3 new codes to the 2 from 2019 for a total stack of 5 codes?\u000a\u000a2) Noted in terms of transaction fees. Similarly, just to clarify, would adding 3 codes now to our existing 2 be considered a total stack of 5? (We can see our 2 codes from 2019 logged in billing.)\u000a\u000aThanks!
