Q: Questions
1.Can I setup a free webinar? For free you won't take a commission right?
2.Am I right to understand that all plans include CNAME?
3.What are the payment processors supported?
4.Is this a one-to-one replacement to Zoom?
5.Are the sessions recorded?
6.Is there a way to record attendance?

1. Yes, absolutely. It's completely up to you whether you run a free, paid, or a free plus a paid experience. Of course, if it's free, there is no money to take a commission on anyway, so no transaction fees are relevant in that scenario.
2. Yes, all plans include the ability to add a CNAME. Each event can have its own custom domain should you need it.
3. We currently support Stripe and PayPal, but we are in the process of building out support for RazorPay as well.
4. This is not a one-to-one replacement for Zoom, primarily because Zoom focuses on the broadcast aspect itself. HeySummit helps you take care of all the other things that are required to run a video experience, like a summit or a professional webinar, a multi-day event, etc. You need things like landing pages, checkout flows, payment processing, analytics reporting, affiliate programs, coupon support, etc.
5. Sessions are, in most cases, recorded, but this is the responsibility of the integration that you connect to your HeySummit account. For example, if you're using Zoom to broadcast your talks within HeySummit, then you will need to remember to click record in Zoom and then link the replay to your HeySummit talk afterward. Other providers like YouTube Live, Vimeo Live, etc. automatically record, and no further action is needed on your side.
6. We do record basic attendance as part of this deal, but for proper attendance tracking, you would need to be on our success plan. We're currently looking at ways to bring the success plan to AppSumo customers once this deal has ended. Once we have further details, we'll absolutely share them with everyone.
Thanks so much for all the questions, and I hope it helps add some clarity. Just let me know if there's anything else I can help with.
