Q: Quick questions

- Number of attendees is per event?
- Once an event is done you can mark it as inactive?
- What is the platform like for organisations with multiple brands? I bought Bigmarker and changing brand was such a pain with so many details to change over every time.

Thanks!

A: Hey Robbie, thanks for reaching out. Please see my answers below.

1) The number of attendees is actually per account, i.e. if you have five events and 1,000 attendees at each event, that would be 5,000 attendees in total. However, you can remove attendees from your quota simply by archiving an event, turning off registrations or unpublishing the event.

2) Yes, absolutely. You can unpublish or archive an event as soon as it is done if you need to, and this will then free up the quota, both in terms of active events and also active attendees.

3) Great question. Essentially, the way HeySummit works in terms of brands is that a brand is linked to an event. And so this essentially means that you could have multiple events running, such as an ongoing series, an on-demand course, and say a virtual event, and each one of those events can be its own brand.

Hope this helps, just let me know if there's any further questions.

That’s great. How about the custom domain, is that at account level?

Hey Robbie. A custom domain is defined at the event level and so you can think of it as a one-to-one relationship, i.e. each event you create can have its own custom domain if you want.
