We currently have three paid add-ons that are completely optional. To be honest, they are only needed in certain situations, such as if you're a very large team or if you're running a large event and require additional support from the team here at HeySummit.
That being said, our current paid add-ons are as follows:
1. White glove event setup (currently a one off cost of $895): We handle the heavy lifting of your event setup, such as importing data and configuring the event to ensure it is optimized.
2. Pre-launch review (currently a one off cost of $495): We will ensure that everything is configured correctly and produce a report along with any expert feedback or guidance we can provide to further optimize things.
3. Dedicated account manager (currently $599 a month): You will receive enhanced support and access to a private Slack channel.
As noted, these are only really needed in specific cases, and 95% of our customers don't need these features. However, they are available for those who need additional help.
