A: Hey @salpro. Thanks for the question. You raise a valid point here. This is, in fact, how we used to operate back in the day. However, this brings a whole raft of additional tax and regulatory challenges. Ultimately, our customers at the time, in large numbers, expressed a desire to simply connect to their own payment providers so that they would receive money instantly rather than on a payout schedule once a month.

Never say never, of course, and we may circle back to this. But at this moment in time, we're focused on providing the payment integrations our customers use. For the vast majority, that's Stripe or PayPal.

That being said, we are in the process of building a Razorpay integration. We've experienced some delays due to major upgrades being rolled out to HeySummit around networking, chat, and collaboration. Therefore, it is difficult to provide an exact ETA for Razorpay. However, we expect it to be completed within the next few weeks, possibly one to two months at most.
