Fantastic product in every aspect. Unfortunately, I only purchased 1 code, and when I returned to AppSumo for an upgrade (after testing it with my first event), I found it was sold out :-( To use it properly, I would need a second code so I can run multiple events simultaneously. I hope the upgrade option via AppSumo becomes available again soon.

I subscribed to the paid version of the app after getting the AppSumo deal. They increase their prices every month 14USD, 16,66USD without any explanation. Invoice is always on 14USD?
Why?

Wow!! I am blown away by the capabilities of this software. I run a nonprofit an organize live events and my first experiences with Heysummit are great!

My event setup was straightforward and i love that speakers can pick their own best time slot, as well as the many different upsale and DONATION options! As a nonprofit, this is rare to find and I'm very happy with it.

The software is super extensive, so for full potentional there is a bit of a learning curve, or at least paying attention to the many buttons, but they all serve good functions.

I found 1 tiny bug and reported it, contact with support was fast and easy and the next day it was already fixed.

I will say I can't wait for the day this has native live video capacity. The current setup is great and gives a lot of freedom, but tbh I feel a bit overwhelmed by the many choices of webinar, streaming, and other broadcast options to pick from. Having all in one with live group video, breakout rooms, etc all in one would be the dream.

All in all super happy with my purchase and experience so far with HeySummit!

Pros- it handles everything around the ev t like promos, registrations, agendas, speaker options etc

Cons - in person option for the highest tier :(

But overall I’ve got a bunch of platforms thanks to appsumo fomo - this is by far the bestest in event based directions hands down

Learning Curve for First-Time Users -
Despite being user-friendly, the depth of features may overwhelm beginners initially.

Dependent on External Tools for Video Hosting -
No Native Built-In Streaming. You’ll still need Zoom, YouTube Live, Vimeo, etc., for actual video delivery. HeySummit doesn’t handle streaming natively.

Limited Design & Branding Customization -
Landing pages and design elements have restrictions that limit control over CSS, advanced layouts, and specific branding.

Restricted Email Template Customization -
Email automation is powerful but templates have limited formatting and layout options.

Sponsor Booth Features Require Higher Tiers -
Dedicated sponsor booths and exhibition spaces need higher-tier plans.

Limited Mobile App Functionality -
No dedicated native mobile app for attendees or organizers.
