Game-Changer for Virtual Events, Everything You Need in One Place!

I’ve been on the hunt for an on-demand webinar platform for ages. I initially grabbed HeySummit just for the evergreen webinar feature but I was absolutely blown away by what it can do.

Ben’s latest move to include advanced ticketing was what sealed the deal for me. With that update, there’s honestly nothing you can’t do whether it’s running multi-day conferences, live or pre-recorded webinars, evergreen funnels, or even hybrid events.

What really stood out is how incredibly easy it is to get started. From the moment you log in, HeySummit walks you through every step with thoughtful prompts, tooltips, and templates that guide you without overwhelming you. The built-in onboarding is one of the best I’ve seen, perfect for anyone who wants to hit the ground running without hours of setup or a steep learning curve.

This platform has completely changed how I approach events and lead generation for my business. I can finally execute ideas I’ve shelved for years, either because I hadn’t found the right platform (Eventbrite and Luma just won’t do it), or the ones that could were simply too expensive.

Also worth calling out: Ben has been incredibly responsive on AppSumo. When I posted a question, he jumped in quickly with clear answers, which gave me the confidence to go all in. Once support tickets are flagged to him, they’re handled with care and urgency.

The only reason I’m giving 4 tacos (reluctantly!) is the current support setup. Live chat is the only channel available, and since I’m based in Australia, the 1–2 hour response time during UK hours means I often have to wait until the next day just to continue the conversation. It makes resolving even simple issues a drawn-out process if you're outside their core timezone.

That said, this isn’t a deal-breaker. If AppSumo offered half tacos, this would be a solid 4.5 (or even 4.9). The product itself is exceptional, the feature set is growing fast, and the value is undeniable. I’m confident the support experience will improve as the team scales—and I still wholeheartedly recommend HeySummit if you run events of any kind.
