Yes, you can block downloads by setting a password to access your flipbook, but you can't block printing the flipbook, the same way you can't avoid people making screenshots.
I'm sorry but we can't match the AppSumo deal to the professional plan and the cname is something we are going to add, but it will be on that plan too. On the other hand the AppSumo deal has the custom subdomain and the root subdomain redirection which is almost the same most of the times.
It's not currently possible to create collections of flipbooks, but this is one of the next features on our roadmap, so I hope we will have it ready soon.
