Q: What are your support desk hours?

I submitted a tech issue problem on Friday but haven't heard back yet. Basically, I'm locked out of my account and need to get in to change some settings for a website owner client.

Support is online 24/7, but we are certainly slower and not at full capacity on weekends, so sorry for the delayed answer.

There was a typo on your email address, and that is why you didn't receive the "password lost" email. We've just changed it.
