If I purchase tier 2 which is 20 users listed in this particular LTD, where does unlimited accounts come in? If I create 4 accounts with 5 users each, I'm maxed out right?
Anyway my scenario is I have a team of 7 people where we brainstorm new concepts for our company. However I have several clients beyond the "20 user" limit. If I add clients as a guest, they are not necessarily users and should not be counted towards the user count. I just need to be able to share project, task, chat, and the video conferencing feature. I have over 150 clients and it's growing. Buying tier 2 fits the budget but the details in this deal is holding me back from moving forward.
Also the ability to brand this saas is a major deal or deal breaker. I need to be able to replace the hibox logo with my company logo via white labeling and CNAME option - sub.mydomain.art
You guys got something amazing here but right now I'm looking at the Jumppl LDT but I really like this platform much better.
