ByeBox

The UI and UX are extremely poor.
The UI alone feels like it was conceived by a team working on Windows 98.
The UX is arguably the Achilles Heel of Hibox. The bespoke system of having your streams tie into your Files, Tasks, etc. is one that sounds like it should be a match made in heaven, but the joke is on you! That's not God, that's Satan!

Whenever you add a task, boom, it's there staring you down in your stream. Whenever you add a file - here'sssssss Johnnnnnnnyyyyyyyyyyyy - it's trying to axe murder you. The best part? When you want to clear up your stream by simply deleting the task or file from the stream's message thread, it's as if it were a voodoo doll and by taking that one action of deleting it from your stream, you inadvertently delete it off the face of the Earth.

It simply does not make sense to me why anyone would believe in a system that is so intrusive in a sense that it's a hindrance. Why do I need to see tasks and files littered in my feed? Good UX aims to keep things as decluttered as possible, but Hibox throws that all out the window and just wants every facet of the system to vomit all over your productivity.

What's even worse is that you generally believe that a product will get better based on user feedback, but looking at their development roadmap, there's seemingly ZERO user feedback included - huh? The biggest question mark looming over the future development of Hibox is their plan to launch a scheduling tool. All aboard the Trend Train!

But wait! There's more!
They are also launching a LMS and CRM? Huh? Come on guys...when Hibox, your bread and butter product, is so, so, sooooo poor, how can you even CONSIDER, let alone execute on adding more products to the lineup? Who will ever take your brand seriously if you put in 20% of the effort to develop a product before moving to the next?

SaaS are always a work-in-progress, but this is like an early-Alpha product backed by a team with seemingly zero focus or commitment.

Could not warn people enough about this product. Too many red flags. RUN!
