We haven't tested with the plugin you mentioned just yet but we don't anticipate any issues.
As an extra precaution, we recommend NOT changing the REST API path and not disabling it in case the API access is being used.

We've tested Hide My WP Ghost with over 1,000 plugins and themes so far, and we're constantly working on testing more.
