May 14, 2024A: Hey, Sumo-ling! Thank you for your interest in Hide My WP Ghost.
On AppSumo, access is for Lifetime (and support IS included in this lifetime deal, whether you get 1, 2, or 3 codes). The only way to lose access is if you refund.
Yes, this works with cpanel server.
Tutorial to set up the Hide My WP Ghost for Nginx server: https://hidemywpghost.com/how-to-setup-hide-my-wp-on-nginx-server/ (you need to be able to contact the host to add the hidemywp.conf in the nginx.conf file)
For Apache, it's all good.
We haven't tested wp-ultimo just yet. However, we've tested Hide My WP Ghost with over 1.000 plugins and themes, and we're always adding more to the list. Compatibility issues are unlikely, especially if you use Safe mode from Hide My WP Ghost.
Compatibility problems were fixed for:
- Builders
- Server hosting
- Cache Plugins
- Security Plugins
We fixed for those, because that's where most issues were found in the past and we keep working on making it more compatible with them.
Hope this helps.

Thank you!!!
How about for a membership plugins? They sometimes create their own login url so if we use ghost will that get conflicted?
Hey, Sumo-ling! Nice to see you back on our deal page.
Once you’ve customized the wp-login path, it’s important to make sure that other plugins have NOT also customized this path. Hide My WP Ghost automatically checks for this and if it identifies a different path for wp-login, you will see a notification letting you know there’s already a customization in place for the wp-login path.
However, be mindful of the fact that there may be situations when you’ve customized the wp-login path using Hide My WP Ghost and then installed a different plugin that also customizes this path. If that plugin doesn’t have a similar check in place (like Hide My WP Ghost has), you can end up performing multiple customizations to the wp-login path which can lead to conflicts.
