For Kinsta Nginx Hosting, you need to be able to contact the host to add the hidemywp.conf in the nginx.conf file for your site.

We have customers who use Hide My WP Ghost with Kinsta hosting, but it does require you to contact support and for them to be willing to make the changes in the nginx.conf file.
