Q: Do you have any plans to add sentiment analysis?
Do you have an plans to add sentiment analysis, as a number of similar tools do? Mentions can be good or bad, sentiment analysis can enable alerts when there's an issue that can give a manager a heads up that there's something that needs to be addressed. It's much more useful than merely mentions alone.

I think this would be huge! would love to see it implemented.
I saw that sentiment analysis is now under consideration on your roadmap, added since I made the above comment. Very candidly, all tools in this area have sentiment analysis. If you add sentiment analysis, I will strongly consider purchasing Highlighted.ai.
