We are showing up in Google AI overview for some keywords, but nothing is being reported on this platform. Am I experiencing a bug or another issue that can be fixed?
I'm a bit confused about how this product works. If a brand is treated like a keyword and you're asked for a website domain, why does it return unrelated keywords and brand names? At the moment, it feels a bit hit or miss—unless there's something I'm not quite understanding. So as an example. If my company and brand is called "Plumbing company London" this can also be a brand and a keyword. However, under visibility, it shows 100% when you click to view details, the "brand mentions" are nothing to do with my company I registered to track! Surely the software will match the brand name requested and domain name linked to this to show output as 100%; otherwise some other random company coming up cannot be considered 100% visibility. Not sure if it's quite ready, so might refund unless somebody has an answer for this.
- Do you plan to offer an agency lifetime option? 10 sites are not enough for what we're doing. Or maybe even a BYOK option? - Do you have plans to integrate with third party reporting tools like Google Looker Studio?
The app works as promised, but there is a lot of opportunity for improvement and I'm curious if there are any ongoing improvements? I haven't seen any updates or changes?
