Q: Space or exact match question
I just bought and cancelled because I checked manually a few times, and it showed up in the AI overview and not in your platform. But then I realized that in the AI overview, there was a space between the brand name, but I entered them together in your platform. But the URL was the same. Would this cause your tool not to pick it up?.

Jun 7, 2025A: It needs to be an exact match for our tool to pick it up. It's not case sensitive but a space will affect it.

for the reply. I would like to give it another go if that's the case, to see if maybe that was the issue. Might have cancelled prematurely before actually testing all the features properly. Is this possible?
