This has a SOLID start. The interface is very light weight, which makes this idea for low end hardware.

Its missing a few creative comforts which should be added, like caption text size adjustment, undo and redo shortcuts, aspect locked image adjustments for added photos,

So far this is by far the best video software I have seen yet that has had a super solid execution on launch and has the chance at being a GOOD go to alternative.

I am video tool snob. I come from paying for all the best tools. This is the only one, in my opinion that comes close at being an affordable, light weight browser based use case.

This is worth having if you want a SOLID tool you can train an assistant to use without overwhelm.
