I only bought it for a few reasons: First, I wanted to be able to embed videos on my website AND replace them with videos from the Hippo Videos platform without having to change the code. Check! It was simple to set up. Second, I needed analytics and Hubspot integrations, as well as tracking. Check! Last but not least, I wanted the ability to include a form at the end of the video. Check!

Now, I can't go over all of their features because there are so many! But small things they don't mention, such as I liked how I got an update from the Hippo Video iOS app when someone viewed my video on my site - this could become addictive. lol

I like how I can embed ANY form or calendar link/form I want. This is incredible.

Everything about the videos can be changed. Gif thumbnails or single image thumbnails can be added. You can give users the option of having a clean view of the video or adding download options.

In my experience, unless you require a lot of video in general, that is, if you use it frequently for sales and marketing purposes, this is a good tool to have. Definitely beats a lot of competitors out there.

I almost didn't buy because the plans mapping is confusing, ~so I feel for the sumolings in question sections~ Although, I didn't explore all the features and I bought this for very specific reasons, I am not sure of all what I am getting in Tier 3. I do see helpdesk and editing options and something about personalizations... But haven't tested if I actually have it that is...

I am sure once you buy you'll see. For example, I saw somewhere they said auto-subtitles for video is not included - but at tier 3 I have 600 minutes of Auto generated Subtitles included, (IDK if this lifetime or per month) but I am sure that the Hippo Video plans are a little better when you fully stack. lol
