I was looking for a tool to create a pre-recorded webinar when luckily Hippo Video appeared on Appsumo. Yes, I have stumbled upon a few bugs here and there, but those were just temporary. Creating a video is very intuitive and they also have rich knowledge base. Also, I´ve already tested some videos on my live website and they run smoothly. But above all, customer service is prompt and helpful. They have replied to me with videos made just for me! How many companies deliver this kind of service these days? not many.
