HireVue is a talent experience platform with an array of tools to help you scale hiring and automate workflows for both hourly and contract positions.

The OnDemand and Live interviewing solutions help you ask all the right questions and adequately assess potential candidates.

Using the OnDemand feature, you can send candidates a list of questions and ask them to send video recordings with the answers. While with the Live interview solution, you can speak to them face-to-face over the internet.

The scheduling feature makes it easy for candidates to self-schedule interviews for different stages of the interview process. It will even send reminders to candidates to ensure they show up on time.

A Text Recruiting feature also helps you recruit candidates via texting. This pairs well with the AI recruiting feature that follows up with candidates via SMS and WhatsApp.

The Interview Builder will create interview questions using AI to ensure you ask all the essential questions during an interview. It will also equip you with a template to ensure you ask the questions in the right order and execute all the other required steps.

HireVue also includes an Interview Assessment feature. It uses the data from interviews and game-based psychometrics to consistently and accurately assess each candidate.
