As much as I would like to pull the trigger on purchasing this, the issue preventing such action is that it only works with Gmail. Are there any plans to update or integrate any other providers.?
It's the first time Hive is on AppSumo, right? Because I went through my invoices but can't find a purchase here. Nevertheless, I own HiveSupport.
Initially, Hive was not working for my WP site correctly. With some patience and a few iterations the missing functionalities were added and errors wiped out. I could not wait though and went for another support and ticketing system in the mean time....
