Q: Hi Akhil, Thank you for making the branding removal and Whitelabel(I know it's coming) available!
Just a few simple questions I have.
1) If I get the highest tier, how many workspaces do I have? So I can have different workspaces for different clients.
- If it's a single workspace(like Ideta), can I invite someone to manage the specified bots I've created for them to manage the bots themselves and add their teammates(able to assign them as different roles) to handle/attend their bots?
2) For the validation, you are using Regex? If yes, will you help with some validation format?
3) Is Slack integration-ready?
4) When will you have a mobile app?
5) As I tested your chat widget, there is no such window that stores previous conversations. Will you consider adding it? When I click on refresh, then the conversation is rebooted.
6) How often do you bring updates to the tool? Once a month? Once a week? Once every two weeks? I don't wish to see the dev/creator only active in development during the campaign(just like another brand).
7) About the bot, if I have created a few bots. Is there a step for me to jump from Bot A(any flow) to a specified flow(or question) in a different bot(let's say Bot B)? So, I don't need to create new bots entirely for different pages. So I can jump to the questions between other bots.
8) Branding removal, are we allowed to insert our affiliate link if we enable the branding?

Thanks for being curious about Hiver from day one!. Happy to help with your concers.
1. Currently we have a single-team workspace for all plans. You'll be able to invite your clients so that they can create and configure their bots. Once they create a bot, you can see the same and help them with any sort of changes. Clients will be able to see their bots only.
2. We do use a standard email verification process along with Regex. You can compare with the likes of Neverbounce and zerobounce who are the market leaders in this space. We know that many of you test it with domains like google.com and large companies with accept-all domains. In these cases, the email verification system will return it as a valid email. We are building a list to avoid such domains.
3. Slack integration is under the user interview process and we are collecting feedback so that the human takeover will be smooth! I see your suggestion for a mobile app!
4. the Mobile app potential will be reviewed after Slack integration if that adds more value to new and existing users. The mobile app is not a high priority at this moment though.
5 & 7. Conversation history is in our technical discussions. This needs to be tied with multiple conversations on the websites and human takeover. This will be addressed in our next quarter.
6. Our technical cofounders are focussed on pre-planned feature launches which happen weekly. Our launch plans are always lean and incremental. But we take care of new high-priority requests such as "branding removal" from AppSumo.
8. Yes, affiliate links are possible!

- Other than Email, can I validate the name, phone number and any other fields(to be clear, we have the option to validate anything we want just like BotgateAI does).

- Slack integration is excellent. But, I think that mobile apps will be more suitable when we have the human takeover feature.

7. You didn't answer this correctly. I'd love to hear about this. As BotgateAi, we can jump to Bot B from Bot A during the bot's conversation. The only thing that is, there is no option to choose to jump to a specified step of the other bot. It only allows the bot to jump from a specific step to the beginning of the other bot. Please ask me if you don't understand me as I might not be good at explaining. :)
- Didn't mean to compare. I want Hiver to do better than others and grow faster.

1. Currently in a workspace we only have 2 levels of users that are an admin and a member. If you are an agency, you will be the admin and you can invite any number of clients as members. A member can't invite another person to the workspace. Only the admin can do it.
"Multiple workspaces" Vs "single workspace with multiple user groups" kinds of organizational controls need to be explored in detail. Hiver is primarily built for sales organizations with a single team of multiple SDR/BDR roles. We'll be open for feedbacks and priorities will be updated.
2. Currently we only do email verification. We are looking for patterns in collected data for making verifications for names adding an extra layer of intelligence to emails. But this function has dependencies with the lead enrichment feature (not now) and we can't tell when we launch it. Phone number validation is a good suggestion and it has more priority.
7. Sure. you are talking about playbooks. Currently, we don't enable this. But it will be available in the next quarterly update and you will be able to jump to specific events such as booking an appointment. You can see better examples in Drift and Intercom
