Does not work, does not care

When HockeyStack was active it worked quite good. Lacked takeaways and visualisation, but you could track data.
For quite some time now HockeyStack does not work anymore in the slightest - they don't answer support tickets, they don't answer emails, they don't answer on social media and you can't add domains to your account.
What good is an analytics tool where you cannot add your sites to it, cannot track them and cannot rectify this obvious error, when the support just blindsides you?

0 tacos and a big shame on you.

Hands down best tool in 2021

Amir is young but capable. Be like Amir.

He makes good tools and sometimes disappears into thin air.

But he's always around. And he will make tool more powerful.

This tool has been getting better and better. I love it.

I am Impressed

I've been using Google Tag manager a lot, and if you have a custom need you can't use Google Tag Manager without coding knowledge.
Using HockeyStack I was never in the need of having to code anything. Their "text selector" is a game changer for me.

If you want to watch my full review, you can see it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HfY-WhF6_jU

With the future ahead on their roadmap, I'm so excited to see how the bigger elements and modules will be developed in the future!

Google Analytics 0.1

Google Analytics is terrifyingly complex. HockeyStack is very very simple. The question is: how simple do I need?

- There is almost no documentation. There are a few "guides" without screenshots and there are a couple of YouTube videos.
- Setting up HockeyStack was okay. Again, however, the guide was without screenshots which I really hate.
- The main table with the urls, bounce rate etc. move the values to the right when the url is a bit longer. I would say that this is core functionality.
- I sent a bug report to support 3 days ago. No reply so far.
- Also core functionality is grouping by week or month. Not available.
- Setting up goals was very easy.

The basics are there. I really dislike the new Google Analytics. But HockeyStack will take a year or so to get where I need it. So I'm not sure, yet, if I'm going to get a refund.

Best tool to understand your visitors

Since I use hockeystack, tracking my visitors is no longer exhausting, but before I was often in the info obesity I do not stay more than 10min on my analytics sometimes I often got lost on my dashbord, because I did not remember my data. no need to run away! This is the best investment you can make in your websites. Invest in analytics to better manage the performance of your websites.

- Helps you perfect the placement of your landing page action buttons or your site.
- Allow you to better create content that keeps your visitors' attention
- Allows you to segment and sort visitors with a few clicks
- Create a funnel according to each campaign (email, adword, facbook ad, instagram ad ect...)

Many innovations are released every month from the roadmap
They have been ahead of the market by proposing the cookieless which allows a head start. Above all, they had the intelligence not to invest in costly and unsustainable innovations. The young founders are listening to their customers and the community which allows them to have a great marketing advance. I advise you to use a fullstack if you want to get out of the appsumo adventure without getting frustrated.
