I'm looking for a solution to hosting a live, virtual summit, and the two deal-breaker functions I'm looking for are: (1) running concurrent sessions (so more than one speaker can present at a time and conference-goers can pick which topic they want to listen to) and (2) the ability to do affiliates so that my speakers can each have a unique registration link so that they can get a percentage of each ticket they sell from their link. Do you offer those two functionalities? I searched for these answers in the existing questions and didn't find the answer. Thanks!

Yes, we offer the functionality to host parallel sessions, allowing multiple speakers to present at the same time at different sessions. This means conference-goers can choose which topic they want to attend during the live, virtual summit.
Regarding affiliates, you can create unique registration links for each of your speakers. However, please note that the commission calculation and payment to the speakers would need to be managed by you.
