I told the team i have a 5000 people event in 2024 and was ready to pay the $3K annual fee for the whitelabel app.
And then i humbly asked for a 30 minute meeting walkthrough to get some guidance.. and they said NO!!
Which is amazing. No serious B2B business would treat clients like that.
This kind of attitude shows arrogance and lack of professionalism, specially in a B2B SaaS.
I lost all trust on the team and will surely not risk an event with such dimension and my reputation to a platform and a team that is not available to support if i need.
Very disappointed. Will wait for another deal similar to this with a proper team.

First of all, we apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced. There was a misunderstanding on our part due to an internal communication issue.
Initially, our team rejected your meeting request from a different email chain, believing that it was related to your specific development requests while you were continuing your discussions through live support.
We will get back to you via email regarding this matter.
There are lots of little issues that I've run into so far. I can't read the Turkish language so I'm not positive what some of the pop up errors said.
It's a really complicated setup but if you have a lot of patience it might work well...I don't know if I have the patience to work through it though.
I was hoping to use it for Virtual Summits but it doesn't look like this will be a great solution for that.
The company launched three apps here on Appsumo....all recently. Not sure how they expect to provide good onboarding or support.
It feels like most of the founder answers on here are assisted by ChatGPT.
I don't get a great feeling so far....

It offers a lot. It's a great platform. Another addition If Eventee goes to hell one day. It would be great to have more payment options and a white label on the lower Tier I believe. You can add sponsors, speakers or even create a broadcast via RTMP. You can even create a digital certificate. 0% ticket commission is a selling point, especially for agencies that sell 10 000 tickets or more.

Holacon is a great platform for conducting online webinars and offline meetings. It took me a while to go through all the app's offerings and I really like it. I plan to use the online events and ticketing system and the variety of options and combinations of tickets and entry forms to offer is amazing. The overall design of the front-end application is high-quality and intuitive for clients. I've tested the highest version of the appsumo offering and it really does almost everything you need to create a large conference environment. Holacon streaming is a bit delayed in my PC and internet configuration. But that's not a problem for me since it's a webinar broadcast.
What do I need to tweak to stay on tier4: 1. Translation of the frontend into Czech - I would be happy to help with the translation, I translated several saas from appsumo into Czech. 2. I need to switch to the online broadcast from the overview of the program of the online event and from the overview of lectures given by a specific speaker.
Product support was very responsive and patient. They helped me understand and set up live streaming. Thank you very much and I appreciate their professional approach. For me - absolute 5 tacos!

There is a lot to cover and we have not had an opportunity to try everything yet.
But we needed something with a more interactive feel than the Zoom type webinar software. We do have Live Webinar but this serves an entirely different situation.
Challenges, events and Summits need more and Holacon fits this area well. The experience goes beyond a presenter with some chat going on. This support the most important element for us. Networking. People can hook up and network with us and each other.
I would recommend giving this a try. Unlike the other review. We have not experienced any issues with signing up.
