Q: Hi, im considering switching from my current OKR tool so I'm curious whether your solution will work for us ...
plus all the other bells and whistles you have.
Here are my queries:
1. Does it have a cascading effect? Individual OKR progress affecting team OKR progess, which in turn affects the organisational OKR.
2. In my OKR setup, can I set the Organisational OKR to annual, while I set the teams and Individual OKRs to quarterly?
3. Can I restrict who can edit any of the OKRs at all the levels?
4. Can project management be linked to OKRs?
5. Do you have a Gantt chart view in the project management module?
6. What can guests have access to and what can they edit or do?

May 14, 2024A: Hello 👋 Thanks for your interest in the deal!
You'll find my answers bellow:
1. You can definitely build a cascade of OKR. You can link one OKR to an OKR of the level above and below. We're currently working to have OKR's progress impacting the progress of the OKRs that is linked. At the moment, it's not available!
2. Yes you can setup your preferred OKR cadence. You can choose among 5 different types (monthly, quarterly, quadrimesterly, half yearly and yearly).
3. Any members of a user group (that we call circle) can edit, update and create new OKR for this user group. But if you're not part of a group then you'll get only-views rights.
4. Sure do! You can link multiple projects to an OKR.
5. We have a Kanban view for the moment - 4 columns by default that you can rearrange and customize to fit your workflow.
6. Guest can access to the Governance page that contains the roles and circles of your organisation. They can also access the member repository of your company and identify who holds what roles, work on which projects or OKRs. They can be assigned to roles within the organisation too and can not be assigned to roles or OKR.
Hope this helps! 😊
Hi, thanks for the responses. Any ETA on point 1? This is almost a deal breaker for me.
Secondly, I think Gantt chart/calendar view should be standard for any project management tool of its sort. When do you plan including it?
And lastly, your last point about guest access is still confusing.
Dear Sumo-ling,
1. Does it have a cascading effect? Individual OKR progress affecting team OKR progess, which in turn affects the organisational OKR.
> There is a cascading organigram based on the relations of OKR when linked to a Campany OKR. OKR work independently at a circle level.
2. In my OKR setup, can I set the Organisational OKR to annual, while I set the teams and Individual OKRs to quarterly?
> Yes, it's possible
3. Can I restrict who can edit any of the OKRs at all the levels?
> Yes, only members of a circle can edit their OKR
4. Can project management be linked to OKRs?
> Yes, we provide a cool way to link your projects to your OKR and see your projects by OKR.
5. Do you have a Gantt chart view in the project management module?
> Not yet
6. What can guests have access to and what can they edit or do?
> We don't have guests users (if you mean guests are external members of your organization)
Sincerely
