I bought Tier 3 and am disappointed to find that the functionalities of time spent in roles, translations and Holacracy onboarding email series is not included in this deal, but comes as a paid add\u002Don per user. \u000a\u000aI understand that more translations are not included. And that you are limiting us to 50 users is fine too, considering this is an LTD. \u000a\u000aHowever, NOT being able to measure time spent in roles, while it\u0027s even available in the free plan, is triggering me as an AppSumo member. So, to me, this makes no sense. Can you please explain why you would want to exclude this, and make it a paid add\u002Don? And why are you excluding those onboarding emails for new users at all? It\u0027s measurable with an allowance of 50 users per Tier 3 account.

Hi Maryzee! 👋Thanks for your feedback on the deal! \u000aWe have decided to add the App Time Spent in Roles and Translation into the Tier 2 and 3. \u000aThe Holacracy App remains in our Standard Plan though, we\u0027ve excluded this option as we plan to integrate more feature to the app pretty soon. Hopefully these adjustments help! I will let everyone know once the changes are live!
