I was very excited to see Holaspirit and to be able to quit GlassFrog's free plan.

However, GlassFrog offers meetings on the free plan, and it doesn't make sense for Holaspirit to NOT offer it on the paid AppSumo plan.

Without the meetings system from holacracy, the software becomes pretty pointless.

I get that you need MRR and that's great to keep with all the extra features you have which go into project management, tasks, OKRs, etc.

You could have those nice add-ons for MRR. I don't care about those, because we implement through Basecamp, where we pay $100 USD / month for all our teammates and partners.

But I need full functionality where Holacracy itself is related. And currently, in the AppSumo plan you can only make roles and circles, without the meetings. Which makes GlassFrog Free plan better than this.

I am thinking of getting a refund now. I hope you will change that.

If it had meetings, then this would be 5 tacos, for sure.

As my company is expanding, I need a tool to have an overview of type of department we have, roles inside the company, etc.

My HR person decided to set a goal with HolaSpirit. She is super happy with what she can do with HolaSpirit. I bought Tier 2 and in a couple of days I will be upgrading to Tier 3. This tool is amazing!

From now on, we will have clarity and transparency at all levels in our company.

Holaspirit is really a beautiful application to keep a firm grasp and understanding on your organization, and where it is going, and where it wants to go.

The OKR and Task Management UI is native if you are a frequent user of project management tools. Similar to the viewpoint of Trello boards and other Kanban type boards.

If you are operating a business with moving parts, moving positions, and aspirations of growth HOLASPIRIT WILL HELP YOU!

If you are raising money for your organization - this is a great tool to show your prospects an overview on how your business operates.

Don't miss this - highly recommend going for T2/T3 to get the full use of it.

This is the best app that you can manage roles and responsibilities. The UI is very nice, and you can link Circles, Roles, OKRs, Projects and Tasks. I always wanted an app to do that.
The app is perfect for those who are familiar with Teal (self-managed, horizontal, modern, you name it) organizations. I know the app since the first version, when it was too focused on holocracy. I really like that now it's flexible to make your own unique way. I never came across another similar app, so if you are interested in governance, transparency and self-manage organizations grab this deal.
The biggest downside is that have an API but it isn't included on the deal. If it was I would recommend this deal to everyone remotely interested on those type of organizations. But it's not, and the OKR, Projects and Task are good but lacking some basic features and you will be locked in on what they have to offer. No way out. They do have integrations, but it's only in one direction, not sufficient.
So 5 tacos (or more) for the unique features and for those interested in self-managed, modern organizations.
3 (or less) for not including an API and for those interested manly on the OKRs and projects part of the app.

The goal was to build a team that moves fast, a team that makes decisions and gets results.

We already made major leaps and every week we get better thanks to Holaspirit.

I’m a paying user of Holaspirit and as an appsumo addikt, I need purchased it just so I could m leave this revenue!

When I discovered role based working I started out with a spreadsheet to organise our organisations roles, then circles became a thing and we needed a better way.

After searching for a few days and trying out different platforms I found Holaspirit!

What I loved
- Everything is there
- Projects are visible
- Meeting run inside of the platform, get documented and next project/actions are created during the meeting. Meetings are customisable to your liking.
- OKRs; not great but it’s there and good enough! Def better then spreadsheets but nothing close to GTMHUB.
- Great search; any person can type a word and find all the info related to it; info from meetings, roles, circles, projects. You name it, you’ll find it!
- Customisable to your way of working. Start with a workable solution and build it with your team(s) over time.

What I miss
- No templates but you can duplicate projects
- This is not a replacement tool for tech teams; we use Linear for that. Instead, this is your organisations tool that creates 10x the agility and speed SCRUM could get you.
- No analytics and no idea about our current velocity

This tool is not magic but it you make it your way of working it can help you and your organisation perform wonders.
