I signed up as Tier 2 and as mentioned custom domain and white label it was easy to setup - done !! but there are some process glitch i found. But after discussing all the issues with John the following issues are being addressed- so i am revising my review to 5 TACOS.

1. The user can see the honeybill branding when they click on the view invoice
2. on the admin side- the template are limited and also i cannot format them in proper way
3. There is no option to add FAVICON as well - so custom branding is limited
4. META Title, meta description on client facing side- no option available to adjust- so it is not full y white label
5. No clear information on the number of projects - it is available for 1 workspace for Tier 2, if you create another workspace there is no option to delete the workspace as well - so weird
6. When i am about to send the invoice to the client- pdf is not attached automatically- i need to click attach pdf option manually- there is no way to make it permanent attachment option
7. Client facing email - limited capacity to make adjustments
