Purchased the Tier 2 Deal and initially had some trouble activating it.
Within 30 seconds of opening a chat with the support ai I had the founder himself reaching out to personally step in and help me get set up. Five minutes later, a video call followed and the problem was quickly sorted.
Product seems really good so far. Works well and haven’t encountered anything that would cause me to doubt my purchase. John and his team are really responsive and proactively encourage their users to feedback suggestions and thoughts. A product can be improved and features added but if the team behind it isn’t right then it’s a non starter. Thankfully this isn’t case with Honeybill. The roadmap looks promising and the product is shaping up nicely. Thanks for having me on board and I’m looking forward to the journey. B.
