This app has been nothing but glitches and bugs. I'm shocked so many people used it without issue. The customer support was friendly and helpful, quick response for the most part but I'm on my 6th bug now and at this point I'd rather just pay full price for something that just works. Not worth it in my opinion, they need to work out all these kinks before taking peoples money and wasting peoples time.

I am genuinely confused though as I can't see any open or unresolved chats in our customer support and haven't had anyone else raise bugs issues - I'd really love the chance to sort this out for you to understand the issues you have come into, If you can email me directly at [email protected] (or via live chat) with what you've been hitting (screenshots or a quick description of what you're doing when it happens is enough), I'll pick it up and whatever it takes to get these fixed for you, I will.
HoneyBill is still early and I'm the founder building it, so nothing lands closer to home than a review like this.
