Q: Social Sets and CrowdFire Alternative

Do Social sets include all the pages and groups associated with one FB account? For example, I have one Facebook account with several pages and groups. Also, I was using Crowdfire, and it allowed me to share a URL to an article or webpage across my social channels. It propagated the image formatted for each social channel, along with a caption and had a hashtag manager. Does Hopper HQ allow the same?

Hello, I upload videos every day. They weigh around 100 megabytes each. What does that mean in terms of storage? Because even if I buy the 5-gigabyte one, it won't be enough for me. Is there a way to disable the option to save them?

Q: Storage retention for 60 days

May I ask what does this mean? I am a photographer, and i would love to upload 5gb of photos, and allow hopper to constantly create posts. Can hopper do this so I just upload photos and then forget?

and how does this 60 days work. Will all the photos be deleted, and then i have to reupload the same photos again? Thank you

I think there might be a bit of confusion about our storage policy. It's actually 6 months, not 60 days! So you get a much longer window to work with your beautiful photos.
Here's the scoop on how our storage works:
We keep your published posts in the system for 6 months after they go live. After that time, the posts get removed from your dashboard to keep things tidy. If the media of those posts is not attached to any other posts you have, then it will be deleted too.

The cool part? Your media can be reused as much as you want! Even better - when you reuse the same photo in multiple posts, it only counts ONCE against your storage quota. Pretty neat, right? ✨

So you could absolutely:
✅ Upload your 5GB photo collection
✅ Create and schedule multiple posts using those same images
✅ "Reschedule" or duplicate posts as needed

While we don't have a full white-label solution (where your clients would see your branding instead of ours), we do have something super helpful: our permission system!
Here's how it works:
• You can add your clients as team members
• Set specific permissions for each client
• They'll only see and access the social accounts you've assigned to them
• They can create and schedule their own content without seeing other clients' accounts

This means your clients can manage their own social media through your Hopper HQ subscription, but they'll know they're using Hopper HQ (no custom branding).
As for Tier 4 with 20 social sets - this is perfect for agencies or businesses managing many different brands or clients who want to keep everything organized in separate sets. It gives you that extra flexibility to handle multiple client accounts efficiently! 🌟

You've hit on something we're aware of and have plans for! Until recently, our UI made tagging tricky because posts would go to multiple platforms at once (and each platform has its own tagging style - yikes!). 😅

The good news? We recently launched our "split captions" feature! This awesome update lets you schedule the same media to different platforms with completely different captions for each. It's a game-changer and opens the door for us to tackle the tagging feature soon! 🚪✨
While LinkedIn tagging is definitely on our roadmap, I can't give you an exact timeline just yet. Our dev team is currently focused on some other super cool features that we think you'll love.
In the meantime, you'd still need to add those tags directly on LinkedIn after publishing, but it's on our roadmap to make this process smoother in the future!
