Q: Transitioning to HopperHQ
I have been looking at HopperHQ for a minute, I currently use Mixpost hosted on my own server and I just want to get out of the business of managing installations myself.
Questions:
-Some of the reviews I have seen in their demo came across bugs and things that are not working, what is HopperHQs commitment to fixing these things and ensuring everything across its application works?
-When/if new social networks are supported by HopperHQ will they become a part of a social set or will there be some additional charge to access them? Specifically asking about BlueSky, Threads, etc.
-One thing I hated coming from Mixpost is that things would be on the roadmap and just sit with no action or updates. What is your commitment to fulfilling your roadmap and bringing things people are wanting to see?

HopperHQ Customer Success
Thank you, I just took the leap of faith and purchased Tier 2. Crossing my fingers and hoping for BlueSky, Mastodon, and Threads support. I think with the mass exodus from Twitter this creates a great opportunity for me to build by books brands on a level playing field.
So a dev needs like 1 max 2 days to integrate the bluesky api and you cant just say: yeah we will do it! OMG! Nothing for me clearly. And as you cant even give an ETA, its like talk to the wind.
We appreciate your passion. Our roadmap prioritizes features based on comprehensive user feedback, not individual requests. We're actively working on expanding platform support, and while we can't commit to specific timelines, we're committed to delivering value for our users. Stay tuned to our official roadmap for updates.
Hi there! đ
Exciting news - Bluesky integration is ready! đ Due to our no-deploy Friday policy, it'll be live on Monday. Stay tuned!
