the perspective that you will implement international banks, currencies and payments processors in the near future? Am I correct in thinking that your long term vision is to have Hopscotch be a global invoicing solution and not one focused on the US market?

Q: If I'm in Canada and I create a US bank account to use Hopscotch for invoicing clients, would this work for me?

Or do I have to be in US?

A: If you can open a US bank account, you would like have a US TIN number or an ITIN number. If you have those then yes you'll be able to use all the features of Hopscotch!

A: Hi Jen,

We do offer auto-recurring invoices. Just set the amount, the date, and how often it should send and Hopscotch will automatically send those invoices for you!

Q: Is the invoice safe from chargeback?

what protection do you you have to protect the company sending the invoice? How are Disputes handle if they arise?

A: Hopscotch follows the same guidelines set by PayPal and other leading payment companies when it comes to chargebacks. If a business files a chargeback or return on a payment sent to you, our Support team will contact you to let you know. Thanks for purchasing! Yes, all you have to do to create a contact to send an invoice to is enter their email address and they'll be sent your invoice with options to pay via card or ACH. Individuals and businesses alike!
