Q: Is the invoice safe from chargeback?
what protection do you you have to protect the company sending the invoice? How are Disputes handle if they arise?

May 15, 2024A: Hopscotch follows the same guidelines set by PayPal and other leading payment companies when it comes to chargebacks. If a business files a chargeback or return on a payment sent to you, our Support team will contact you to let you know. If you don’t agree that the chargeback or return is valid, you can help us dispute it by providing information about the transaction within 5 days of receiving this notification. If you do not work with us to dispute the chargeback, you will be responsible for the funds; chargebacks and returns are less common in business to business transactions and more common in consumer transactions.
