I wasn't going to leave a review...

I wasn't going to leave a review, but I felt I had to. One of the reasons why I got this course was codie said in a few of the comments that she was fine with refunds, even though the deal said no refunds. It was only this reason that I gave this a chance.

I got started, but it felt like reading "rich dad poor dad" where it tells you things, but never tells you anything. I also got my first newsletter from them and it seemed to completely miss the mark on what I thought it should have been. I also got my first upsell for some in person event where I could save $500 or $1000 depending on what I picked. So a newsletter that left me completely confused, a course that I didn't think I was going to learn from, and an upsell and I was like I gotta get my money back.

I let them know the end of last week, Saturday to be specific and codie replied saying "Wow. Surprised to hear that. Will make sure we take you off everything. Nikki can you handle ASAP and Luke will process ty!".

I sent a follow up email on Sunday so that monday it would be a reminder, as I didn't expect them to do a refund over the weekend. Then I sent another follow up yesterday asking if anything was going on. So far I've gotten only that 1 initial reply and nothing else. I'm likely stuck with this course since they don't seem to want to reply to me.

Figured I should leave a review. I'll try and hit up appsumo and see if they can do anything for me as I know they've helped with issues people have had in the past with sellers.

Hey Bill! Apologies that you're unsatisfied here. We get it isn't for everyone. And as for your refund request, I've passed this on to their team and they couldn't find the course purchase under your email. back and forth with them multiple times, sending to our personal account manager for expediting (he couldn't find it either), they suggested you email support. However I just emailed this screenshot to them so they have your appsumo username to expedite this immediately. This is the reason for the delay as unfortunately, they don't allow us as the lister to process the refund. Can't really do much further other than I'll personally walk with them through this until it's handled.
