Howuku Optimize Reviews

We purchased Howuku deal on AppSumo, started using it only after few months from purchase, only to discover that Product does NOT really work.

A/B tests data is not collected, issue repeated on multiple A/B tests team started, had to write to support, which seemingly solved some issues, in other cases failed to respond for 5-6 days and it seems like a dead service. It is a shame, as our team tried to support new services by using them and providing feedback, but we regret buying it.

I appreciate the quality of product.
Unfortunately I found 2 problems:

1- Howuku Optimize is incompatible with Duda hosting platform (I had to discover this by myself)
2 - While trying to understand the various problems I was getting, contacted support 2 times.
They are gentle and very professional, but You have to be patient and wait 48 hours for a reply.

At the 3rd time, I gave up and had to refund, due to this compatibility problems.

We have had endless problems and very little help, it feels a little flakey to me currently loading a test I setup and deleted which is really strange

With Google Optimize Sunshining, we were waiting for a tool and deal like this to come around.
Based on the initial look everything looks really convincing so definitely going full stack here, this will be a useful asset for our agency.
