Q: Already purchased codes from Devan's answer where he stated that transferring codes are possible in a case-to-case basis.
However, Sarah from support just told me that codes cannot be transferred.
Want to clarify, please. I bought codes for my own business and more codes for one of my nonprofit clients who are looking for a solution. If I help them set up and use but they ultimately want to use another solution, can I takes those codes back for my own company? If not, then I'll just refund. It's not a problem but I want to be sure.

Sorry for the confusion. Our official policy is 'no transferring of codes' by default, but we always look at this on a case by case basis. Where there are legitimate reasons for a transfer (i.e. one business ceasing and another growing etc.) then we are happy to look at it. The reason why we don't say a blanket 'yes' to everyone is because it is a very long, manual process involving multiple parties to do it.
However, our primary goal is to see all our customers succeeed using our product, so we do make the effort for special cases. We are not just a company that stands there with arms folded saying "Sorry, that is our policy and we cannot bend it". I believe in our conversation I asked you to reach out to me directly and mention our conversation to jog my memory and I would see about taking care of it. That offer still stands.
